Ovalized Aluminum Locking upper shaft will not slip or accidently adjust.

Overmolded, 6-degree corrective grip angle, with releasable wrist straps. The small diameter grips work great with gloves on or small hands.

The 2 lower shafts of the Variant poles screw together quickly for an effective avalanche probe.

A 5" Friction Zone (think grip tape) make adjustments easy even with mittens on.

4 point hardened steel tip for added grip.

Sold with 3.5" powder baskets and trekking baskets.
